April is National Car Care Month. This is a time to reiterate the importance of car maintenance. It is no accident that this effort occurs as we transition from cold weather to hot weather. There is little harder on vehicles than extreme weather. It is a great idea to get your vehicle cleaned, especially the underneath. This will help prevent corrosion due to contaminants used on roads to melt snow and ice. A very important and simple thing to do is make sure your tires are properly inflated. Tires are very prone to losing air pressure in the cold months. To ensure safety, they must be adjusted before that long drive in hot summer months.
